Is there a minimum order volume?

No. We work with brands shipping a handful of orders a week up to several thousand a month. Pricing scales with volume either way.

How is storage priced?

By space actually used — per pallet, per shelf, or per bin — rather than a flat warehouse fee. You'll see the breakdown in your quote.

What's the cut-off for same-day dispatch?

3pm on working days for orders already received into stock. Anything after that goes out the next working day.

Can you handle branded packaging and inserts?

Yes — send us your packaging and inserts and we'll pack to your spec, including gift sets and bundles.

Do you sign long-term contracts?

No. We work rolling month-to-month, so you're never locked in if your needs change.
